Mark is a partner in PwC’s Assurance department and has over 19 years’ experience in audit and advisory services. He has worked predominantly with technology and media clients over that period and his clients includes both listed and private companies.
Mark has worked with online gambling companies for the last ten years and he leads the Betting and Gaming practice across all lines of services in the UK. Mark also oversees the Betting and Gaming Centre of Excellence based in London consisting of a number of industry specialists that ensure engagement teams are up to date on latest market trends and regulatory developments and also regularly provide support to the rest of the network firms.
PwC’s involvement in the betting and gaming industry includes provision of external and internal audit services, due diligence projects, regulatory compliance reviews, controls reviews and related gap analysis, research projects (especially in the area of responsible gambling), strategic analysis, tax structuring and tax compliance services.
